
I've been having computer drama so I do apologize for late blogging! Just a recap… Last Friday I started to write my first installation for my Health and Wellness coaching. I am not sure if I want to start a newsletter or just use them as blogs. I will figure it out!lol I am so happy to have finally received a few books I ordered! One is The Complete Guide to Alternative Medicine by the AHHA. It is an excellent resource! I started reading it immediately after opening the package. It all ties in to my studies and coaching. I am like a sponge for knowledge and learning things. :)
As far as what my day has been like thus far, it’s been great. I went to bed relatively early last night and upon waking early this morning I had a bottle of alkalized water. As usual, I can’t start my day without lighting my tara incense and turning on my music. I took my dog for his morning walk, and it was pretty cold out so walking at a fast paced help us stay warm and get the blood and heart pumping. When we returned, I did 30 minutes of pilates/yoga then I also did a bit of callanetics. My muscles are already a bit sore from the workout yesterday but it feels so so sooo good.
At about 8am I had a green drink…so funny that when people see me drinking it they say it looks like an incredible hulk drink! I say it is a SUPER drink for me!LOL J That usually opens them up for more questions which turns in to a mini consultation for them.lol
I had my breakfast around 9 which was a blueberry/strawberry smoothie with a hint of honey. I also had a handful of Edamame and Goji berries. Deeeeliiiiciiiooouus!!!! It’s so healthy for you as well. I will then have my Oolong tea around 11:30. I do have lots of reading and work to do today so it should make for an interesting afternoon. For lunch I will have another smoothie and around 2:30/3ish another green drink.
I also need to get my grocery list together for my trip to the market this evening. But before I hit the aisle for produce, I will go to the gym to hit the elliptical machine for 45 minutes and then stretch in sauna this evening.
I feel so blessed when I am able to bring health and wellness in to the lives of individuals. I love being able to share the knowledge with them and help them by bringing spirituality, vitality and clarity of their mind and bodies. I am so grateful to have found my path. I am so grateful that God is in my life and has been my strength along this road and on my journey. I just want to be able to help others achieve the happiness and the passion in life that they have been yearning for as well. Sorry, but I get a little emotional and sometimes go on my thankful mode…I am just so thankful and blessed to still be here and have the opportunity to help others with my experience and knowledge. Simply helping someone is a blessing in itself.
