Raw Living!

I'm doing well these days. I feel so blessed to be on this journey to help people. Each day I learn more about raw living, natural and/or holistic methods to renewing or maintaining a healthy body, mind & spirit. I only get excited to share this info with people in hopes that they can apply it to their lives, renew their passion for life and cleanse their bodies and minds.

Understanding our whole oneness is very important in that our mind, body, and souls do affect one anohter. In order for us to be completely whole, or healthy we need to work on all aspects of ourselves. Just as negative thoughts can pollute our minds, we also must realize that those negative thoughts can effect our bodies and over all wellness...just like eating foods that are not good for us. How we eat, think and live our lives determines our overall wellness. I am happy to be a pioneer in coaching people on how to obtain that oneness.

My business site is up and running... www.RawLivingEnlightenment.com I have steady clients for coaching and training. Everyone is getting great results! I am still working on the program for my teleseminar and classes that I will be holding. I have my promo products in order and they are selling! I have my RLE branded tea and supplements almost finished and ready to go. I even have RLE branded yoga attire, mats and equipment! This is so unreal! :) I am also choreographing yoga and fitness classes to be filmed:) Keep an eye out for my raw food "cooking" and juicing videos.... ;) I am so blessed and thank God for his love and guidance.

Namaste...

Till next time.

Whirl wind!

Its been weeks since my last entry and I promise it's because I was busy! Just to update you all, I successfully completed that 15 day juice feast. I am still mostly raw with at least 2 juices a day. Been busy with coaching clients and training myself. I am just loving life in general. Looking forward to going to Puerto Rico in April. Working really hard to expand my business services. Continuing with certifcation courses and school. Im on the serious grind right now. Currently working on plans to do my own teleseminars and video classes. I am just excited as to what this year is going to bring me. I will end this blog here for now and get started on my weekly newsletter.

Till next time!

Stay healthy!

Wednesday, January 14, Day 8

So today is the 8th day of the cleanse and I feel wonderful. Over the past couple of days not much has phased me... steady juicing, cleansing and coaching! I have high energy, focus, and feel vibrant.. My skin has an awesome glow, When I weighed myself on Monday I discovered I lost 12 lbs. already. I know that this is mostly water weight but nonetheless... two days later I feel trim and fabulous. My clothes fit so much more loosely than they had in a while. I have on a fitted sweater and no lovey dovey handles.lol It's awesome. I have had steady time at the gym, pretty hardcore workouts, etc. I should be looking good just in time for my upcoming Orlando and Puerto Rico trips. :) My clients are also loving their results as well. They are losing weight, enjoying the the green drinks, having more energy and sharing this journey with their friends and family. It is such a blessing to have people send me emails or call me to thank me for introducing them to the natural way of cleansing and raw life, helping them reach their goals whatever they maybe is great feeling. I know that I am doing what I am suppose to be doing in life and that is helping people get back that health, wellness and passion for life that they never dreamed they could have. It brings such joy and positivity to my life to be able to help people! I am truly thankful.

Completion day 3-5

I have been really busy but Im still good with my cleansing! My website is finally live www.RawLivingEnightenment.com

So far days 3-5 have had no "negative" symptoms yet. Exercising regularly and feeling awesome. Day 3 I did have a few mood swings with stress at work but it was not so bad. With birthday being on Saturday , my coworker bought me an icecream cake that I actually cut up and served but had no piece of it...and NO desire for it. I had my green drink for lunch and alkaline lemon water I was good for the day. Day 4 was good too. Took a day off from the gym but I did do lots of stretching and rstocked my fridge with produce! :) It is day 5 and I feel awesome. Lots of energy, a little congested and sniffly, oh and every morning when I wake up my mouth tastes like metal! Ewww.. but that just means I eliminating acids and toxins! My tummy is flatter and I just had my evening greenie (Curried Avocado) DELISH!!!!! Having a great time coaching the group of people I have as well. Each are surpprised and happy with the results they are getting thus far. Press on and press forawared. Looking forward to Day 6! On that note... good night!

Steady Day 2

Today wasn't so bad at all. I woke up at 4am, lit my incense and had a brief meditation session to start my day. It was very calming. I made my juice to have in the morning and throughout the day. I got to the gym around 5:30am and had a pretty tough workout. Did my cardio on the elliptical. I also did my upper body work out with weight machines and ended my workout with hardcore ab exercises and touch pilates isolation moves. It felt great! I was feeling fabulous most of the day. Had a bout of fatigue but I drank more juice and was fine. ;) I was peeing like a crazy person but I knew this was a good sign. My pee is as clear as water.lol My day at the office was extremely busy and trying but I was in good spirits all day. When I had down time I was able to pump out my newsletter and few other emails and info to my clients. I am excited as the 10th approaches. this year my birthday is very important. It symbolizes a lot this time. My business site will be launched, I am cleansing again, and I am still alive and able to help people this year. Last year was insane and also a time of transition for me. This year I am still in transition but I have my plan and goals all laid out and I am actually hitting the mark to accomplish them. I am loving life, loving life and loving myself. In the past loving myself wasn't easy but that was IN THE PAST. I love Jehovah, I love myself and I love my life. Im not perfect and will continue to strive to better myself inside and out and hopeful I can influence and help others to reach their goals. This is a wonderful day.... I sit here working at home, blogging and drink my dinner green drink. I am so thankful for all that god has given me. On that note I am a bit tired and am going to get ready for Day 3.... time for a hot shower and my last wheatgrass greens drink then off to bed. Good night loves!

Cleanse, cleanse, cleanse- Day 1

Today I started another cleanse. Day 1 was a breeze since I normally have 1 to 2 green drinks a day already and eat a mostly raw diet. I also have clients prepping to start their cleanse while a group of other clients are finishing up a session this Friday. It's cool because while they cleanse I will also be doing this with them! That is encouraging to them to know that I am not dictating rather I do "practice what I preach and preach what I live". This is my life.

This morning I woke up and immediately had water with lemon juice and a tad bit of cheyenne pepper. This jump starts my metabolism early in the morning. I then meditated and did some positive affirmations and visualizations. Since I overslept and did not make it to the gym, I did a half an hour of belly dancing. I then juiced a good amount of green drink that I drank before I went to the office then also to have during the day. I took two of my clients to the raw juice bar at my gym were I had a brief coaching session with them and discussed their cleansing and transformation goals and concerns. I had a yummy 24oz. green drink that almost taste like sour apple jolly rancher.lol It was tasty! I did notice that I pee'd sooooo much throughout the day because of the water and juices I have been drinking. I also had a few other eliminations if you know what I mean. I know your probably wondering why I am telling you this, or thinking "Ok that is TMI" but I really just need for everyone that desires to cleanse to know exactly what to expect... Good and bad...Elimination is good.... Frequent elimination is GREAT!

I went to the gym to train one of my clients for her first training session, which went extremely well. She is starting her cleanse this Friday and is prepping for that. We took it easy for her first day and did 15 minutes "cardio pace" of power walking on the treadmill with uphill elevation, we did 15 minutes of abs, 15 minutes of pilates power core and stabilization moves and 15 minutes of yoga stretching.

The workout was great and I was a little hungry but I had drank 2 bottles of water by the time I got home and it subsided. I just finished my evening green drink and prepping veggies and fruits for tomorrow mornings juicing of the daily drinks. I am in a positive place mentally right now. I feel pretty good. I will end this blog for the night and get my stuff ready for tomorrow, take a nice hot shower with lavender aromatherapy steam crystals...then I will drift off to bed! So until tomorrow... Goodnight and sweet, positive dreams!!!
