Green Way of Life

I have been pretty busy lately but I am feeling great. I have been doing a LOT of pilates, stretching and focus percussive breathing. It's feels so refreshing and relaxing ut at the same time keeps your core muscle activated. ;)

Ok so... now for the truth...I have cheated! I have had a few bad foods here and there but can you blame me? I had my monthly visitor and she was oh so "extra" this visit. The sugar kept me level I guess.lol No that is a just an excuse... BUT I am back on track. I did notice however, that when I ate junk my body certainly didn't agree much with it. It sure taste good going in but make my tummy a little upset. Anyway...I am cleansing again, LOTS and lots of water, detoxify tea (of my own special blend;) of course), juice meals and raw veggies and fruit.

Tonight i had my strawberry smoothie for dinner and it was delish! Now its time to chill out and read my materials on natural health and wellness. Since I was a little girl I have always been interested in health and fitness. I have been a very active person all my life and as I grew in to an adult my love for health and fitness grew in to something bigger.

Years ago I became deathly ill and was forced to seek the help of a nutritionist. She coached me through my tough times and brought me to the RAW way of life. Not only did I heal physically but I was able to heal emotionally and spiritually as well. It did not take long to see overall results. The illness completely did a 360 and I have never felt better than I do today. Now I am still walking the Green Path and I also help others learn this way of life. I recently got back in to coaching people with the Raw way of life to help them achieve their goals and enrich their lives as a whole. It is amazing what this can do for you. I am living proof that you can actually reverse ailments, find inner peace, spirituality, mental clarity, increased energy and a phenomenal improvement of overall physical health. I just want to be able to share that wealth of knowledge and techniques with others so they too can experience the wonderful blessings that I have been so thankful to receive.

Ciao!
