
I missed out on blogging yesterday but that's alright. I'm here today!
Each day I continue with my morning routine of walking and pilates/yoga! It is so refreshing to start the day this way! My body aches a little from the stretching and pilates but it is wonderful. Although it's a tough time with PMS approaching I still have a very positive attitude.lol Feeling great overall! Today is also election day so it's going to be very interesting as to the outcome of this historic event! All we can do now is pray that America makes the right decision. We will find out soon enough.
I am feeling snackish but I am sipping hot green tea with a dab of honey to sweeten the taste! Mmmh yum... I will have strawberry meal shake shortly so the hunger will be satisfied. :) I gave myself a wonderful detoxifying facial last night. My skin felt so soft and my complexion had a nice glow. This is good since during this time when our hormones are out of whack, we sometimes have those pesky breakouts but this should help prevent that this time around. ;)

Yesterday I made a wonderful Gazpacho that I got a recipe for! Here's how you make it...
JUICE (or BLEND) - 4 tomatoes- 1/2 cucumber- 1/4 red pepper- 1 garlic clove- 2 stalks celery- 1 tsp Celtic sea salt
GARNISH - 2 Tbsp. diced avocado- 2 tsp. chopped basil leaves- 2 tsp. diced red bell peppers- 2 tsp. chopped scallions.
Ooooh so good! :) I also drank some peppermint tea. Mmmmm Hmmmm good.lol
Tonight? Hmm? Not sure but I am sure if will be delicious! :) Eating raw can be addicting! I am sure work up an appetite after belly dancing! Oh yeah! I do that too.lol It's so much fun. Great workout since it requires a lot of slow to fast isolation moves. Working the abs and thighs....Snake arm movements work the shoulders, upper chest and back muscles. Very sensual dance.lol BUT it is an awesome workout.
