Feeling Good


Today so far I have had two green drinks, lots of water, veggie soup for lunch and now I am about to have a salad for dinner. This morning I switched up my morning routine and instead of doing pilates, I did serious stretching and Qigong. My body feels pretty good and I am in positive spirits. I have a lot of energy today and I think I might do some more stretching this evening. I do have some reading to do so I will keep this blog short nad end it here. I am going to brew my Oolong tea and hit the books.
